I had the pleasure of collaborating with members of the Mangan group in the Engineering Science and Applied Math department at Northwestern to investigate C. elegans growth using mathematical models. The following are two manuscripts that came out of this collaboration and directly relate to data and thoughts presented in Chapter 2 of this thesis.
